When you pay: Payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)
We use third-party services for transcription (Deepgram, Gladia, OpenAI, Google Cloud AI), payments (Stripe), hosting (Vercel, Supabase), and AI processing (OpenRouter). These services may access your data as necessary to provide their functionality.
Free tier users: Files are deleted after 30 days
Pro/Plus subscribers: Files retained indefinitely until deleted by user
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through your account settings.

We take appropriate security measures to protect your data using encryption, secure authentication, and regular security practices. However, no system is completely secure.
We use session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
If you are in the EU or UK, your data is subject to GDPR/UK GDPR. We process your data on the legal basis of contract performance and legitimate interests. Your data may be transferred to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.
