Help & FAQ
How InterpreterOS works, how credits are priced, and how to get in touch.
Quick start
Drop in an audio file and add a title. Optionally mark the languages, expected speakers, and a short context note — the AI uses it to boost accuracy.
Run the engine comparison, combine the results with the multi-model merge, then build the verified transcript. Each step is one deliberate click and shows its cost.
Clean up speakers and wording in the editor, sign off as human-verified, then export the finished transcript (JSON + document formats).
Frequently asked questions
How credits work
100 credits at signup, no monthly refill. Top up anytime by buying credit packs.
200 credits at signup, plus 200 credits every month (accumulates).
700 credits at signup, plus 700 credits every month (accumulates).
Monthly credits accumulate if unused — they roll over month to month, never expiring or resetting.
Pricing
Pricing is usage-based in credits. A run spends credits in proportion to your audio length (about 1 credit per 1¢ of processing across all engines + the AI merge). A new account starts with a free balance; after that you buy credit packs — and larger packs cost less per credit.
Estimates shown before a run include a ~20% buffer so you're rarely surprised; you're only charged the real measured cost.
